VONAGLOW — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website available at vonaglow.com (the "Site") and the purchase of the digital product offered through it.

1.2. The Site and the product are owned and sold by OG SOLUTIONS Daniel Garncarek, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland, address: ul. Wloscianska 3, 98-290 Warta, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 8272339225 ("we," "us," or "Seller").

1.4. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as the Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction and applicable taxes, and appears as the seller of record on your receipt.

1.5. By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.



2. Definitions

  • Customer / you — the individual using the Site and/or purchasing the Product.

  • Product — a digital, personalized skincare-and-style plan ("glow-up plan") generated from your survey answers and delivered as a PDF file and a graphic (archetype card).

  • Survey — the set of questions used to generate your personalized Product.

  • Archetype — the preliminary result shown to you for free before purchase.



3. The Product and how it works

3.1. The Product is a one-time digital purchase delivered electronically.

3.2. The process is: you complete the Survey → you receive a free preliminary result (your Archetype) → after payment, you receive the full personalized Product (a PDF plan and an archetype card) by email and/or on a dedicated post-purchase page.

3.3. The Product is generated automatically from your answers. Content is matched deterministically (each answer maps to pre-written content). The Product does not use artificial intelligence or photo analysis.

3.4. The Product is informational and relates to skincare, style, and habits. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See Section 8.



4. Price and payment

4.1. The price of the Product is USD 29 (twenty-nine US dollars). This is a one-time price — the Product is not a subscription and involves no recurring charges.

4.2. Payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy. Available payment methods are determined by the payment processor.

4.3. After your payment is confirmed, you receive a purchase confirmation (receipt) from Lemon Squeezy and the Product from us.



5. Delivery

5.1. The Product is delivered electronically and automatically, typically within a few minutes of confirmed payment.

5.2. The Product is sent to the email address provided at checkout and/or made available on a dedicated post-purchase page.

5.3. You are responsible for providing a correct email address. We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address you provided or from your email provider filtering the message as spam. If you do not receive the Product, please check your spam/promotions folder and contact us.



6. Refunds

6.1. We offer an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Full details are in our separate Refund Policy.

6.2. To request a refund, contact us at the email address in Section 1.3.

6.3. The Product is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. Even though access is granted right away, we voluntarily provide the 14-day guarantee described above.



7. Affiliate links (disclosure)

7.1. The Product and emails sent to you may contain affiliate links to third-party products. This means we may earn a commission if you purchase through such a link — at no additional cost to you.

7.2. Product recommendations are suggestions and are not a guarantee of results. Any purchase of third-party products is solely your decision.



8. Disclaimer (not medical advice)

8.1. The Product provides personalized skincare, style, and habit guidance based on your answers. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

8.2. If you have a persistent skin or hair concern, or any doubt about a specific ingredient or product, please consult a qualified professional (e.g., a dermatologist).

8.3. When introducing new skincare products, monitor your skin's reaction and introduce them gradually. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or the effects of third-party products.



9. Intellectual property

9.1. All Product and Site content (text, graphics, layout, logo) is our property and is protected by law.

9.2. The Product is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Reselling, publicly sharing, or redistributing the Product without our consent is prohibited.



10. Liability

10.1. We work to make the Product accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee specific results, as they depend on your individual characteristics and effort.

10.2. We are not liable for Site interruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control (e.g., third-party service outages).



11. Complaints

11.1. Complaints regarding the Product or the Site should be sent to the email address in Section 1.3.

11.2. We review complaints within 14 days of receipt.



12. Final provisions

12.1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, while respecting mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.

12.2. We may update these Terms. Changes do not apply to purchases made before they take effect.

12.3. These Terms are effective as of June 21, 2026.
