1. Unconditional 14-day guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

This means that if the Product isn't right for you for any reason, you can request a full refund — no reason required.



2. How to request a refund

  1. Email us at: admvonaglow@interia.eu.

  2. Use "Refund" as the subject line and include the email address you used at checkout (and, if possible, the order number from your receipt).

  3. You'll receive a confirmation, and your refund will be processed.



3. Refund processing time

3.1. We review refund requests within a few business days.

3.2. Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used at checkout. The time for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) and your bank — typically a few to several business days.



4. After 14 days

After 14 days from purchase, the guarantee expires and refunds are no longer issued, unless applicable law provides otherwise.



5. Digital product

The Product is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. Even though access is granted right away, we voluntarily provide the 14-day money-back guarantee described above.
